With an equatorial climate, Borneo enjoys sunshine all year round although rainfall can occur at any time. March to October are considered the best months to travel.
There are no direct flights to Kota Kinabalu from the UK, most travel via either Kuala Lumpur, Singapore or Hong Kong, which takes approximately 16 hours.

This full day tour starts with an early flight from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan and transfer to the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre.
