On Bali’s stunning north west coast in the heart of West Bali National Park is The Menjangan, a peaceful retreat in one of the least-visited but most beautiful parts of the island.
The mountainous West Bali National Park consists of primary monsoon forest, mangroves, savannah, sea grass, coral reefs, sandy beaches and deep sea waters. At nearby Menjangan Island you’ll find colourful coral reef gardens, making it perfect for snorkelling and diving or, if that doesn’t appeal, you can explore the bay and mangrove maze by kayak. On land, set out on foot to investigate the jungle, jump on a mountain bike or experience the park’s beauty by horseback. Whichever you choose, keep your eyes peeled for birds, the unique Menjangan deer, perhaps a monitor lizard sunning...
The underwater world has good conditions year round. On land, the rainy season of West Bali National Park lasts from December to February, however it’s generally warm throughout the year and rain tends to come in sudden tropical downpours.
A visa may be required. Please ask for details.
